Adv. Nitrox Instructor

The TDI Advanced Nitrox Instructor Course qualifies Nitrox Instructors to teach the use of enriched air nitrox from EAN 21 through EAN 100 to a depth of 40 metres during dives that do not require staged decompression. Often taught in conjunction with the TDI Intro to Tech and Decompression Procedures Instructor courses, this can be considered the first step to beginning your technical diving teaching career.

Advanced Nitrox Instructor Course Prerequisites:

• Minimum age 18
• Minimum certification of TDI Advanced Nitrox diver or equivalent
• Provide proof of 100 logged dives, 25 must be nitrox dives
• Must have certified 10 students in entry-level nitrox

Qualification of graduates

Upon successful completion of this course, the instructor can teach diving with nitrox mixtures with an oxygen content of 21% to 100%. Upon successful completion of this course, graduates can enroll in the course: TDI Decompression Procedures Instructor and TDI Extended Range Instructor
