CMAS Two-Stars Diver

A CMAS Two-Star diver is an autonomous diver who has acquired some experience in open water diving and is considered able to take part in dives, accompanied by at least a diver of the same or higher level under certain conditions.
The CMAS Two-Stars Diver Training Program is classified as a second-level sport diver training program.

AIM OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM:

  • This course is a continuing education, certification course for certified divers.
  • This training program aims to build on the skills learned during the one-star fundamentals of SCUBA diving course and advance recreational diving skills with a recommended maximum depth of 30 meters in a safe and competent manner
PREREQUISITES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM
  • Minimum age 15 with written parental consent.
  • Must be a qualified CMAS One-Stars Diver or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION
In order to be certified as a CMAS Two-Star Diver, the candidate shall: Successfully complete completed four dives (4) in open water at a depth between 10 - 30 meters at a minimum duration of twenty (20) minutes.
To have the prerogative to dive in maximum depth of forty (40) meters, the candidate should successfully complete three additional (4) dives in open water at a depth between 10 - 40 meters with a minimum duration of fifteen (15) minutes. (For an additional payment equal to the cost of the Deep Diver course)

The cost of the CMAS Two-Star Diver course is 27000 rubles.

The price includes: theory in the classroom, theoretical exam, dives and examination dives in open water at Lake Baikal, certification. Not included: rental of personal equipment.
