CMAS Three-Star Diver

The CMAS Three-Star Diver Training Program is classified as an entry-level leadership diver training  program.

AIM OF THE TRAINING PROGRAM

This training program aims at introducing the fundamentals of dive leadership to experienced certified CMAS two Star Divers, which will enable them to plan, organize and conduct their dives with the same level diver to a maximum recommended depth deep of 40 meters and lead (Dive Leader) other sport divers in open water according to the competencies of their levels, in a safe and competent manner.

PREREQUISITES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE TRAINING PROGRAM

  • Minimum age 18. 
  • Must be a qualified CMAS Two-Stars Diver or equivalent and CMAS Rescue diver or equivalent.

REQUIREMENTS FOR CERTIFICATION

  • In order to be certified as a CMAS Three-Star Diver, the student shall: Successfully complete the confined water training.
  • Must complete the academic sessions. Must review the CMAS Standards and Procedures.
  • Students must be able to demonstrate all CMAS*, CMAS** and CMAS Rescue Diver practical skills in a manner showing the highest level of mastery and competence.
  • The CMAS Three-Star candidate must assist in at least: CMAS*, CMAS** Program and CMAS Rescue Diver Program.

The cost of the CMAS Three-Star Diver course is 43000 rubles.

The price includes: theory in the classroom, theoretical exam, confined water, dives and examination dives in open water at Lake Baikal, certification. Not included: rental of personal equipment.
